* Registered students are entitled to a 50% discount on the course fee, as are participants based in low, lower-middle and upper-middle income countries (based on present affiliation).

Method of payment: Upon confirmation of the registration you will receive information on how to make payment. We cannot send invoices to individual persons so you must provide the name and address of a company, university, or organisation to whom we will send the invoice. Value added tax (Swedish mervärdesskatt), which is 25% of the course fee, will be added to the invoice amount for participants from organisations within the European Union, but is not applicable for organisations outside the European Union.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations before 14 December 2009 will be fully refunded. Cancellations after 14 December 2009 will be charged an administration cost of at most 50% of the total fee. If the application is cancelled later than seven days before the course begins or no cancellation notice is received, the full course fee will be charged. However, another person may attend in your place. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Cecilia Lundholm.
