Confirmation
Within one week after your application you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Approximately three weeks before the course begins you will receive additional information about the course. If the course has to be cancelled, we will notify you no later than 10 days after the registration deadline. The registration deadline can be found on our homepage.
Terms of Payment
The invoice for the course fee will be sent when the course begins. The fee is due 30 days after the invoice date. An extra 1.85% per month will be charged on any late payments.
This course is offered as contract education. According to the Swedish regulations on contract education, course invoices must be addressed to and paid by an organisation or company. Payment from individuals is not accepted. The purchasing organisation must be specified on the application form.
Cancellations
No cancellation fee will be charged if notice of your cancellation is received by us more than six weeks before the course begins. For later cancellations 25% of the course fee will be charged. If the application is cancelled later than ten days before the course begins or no cancellation notice is received, the full course fee will be charged. However, another person may attend in your place.
